Ingredients: Pork shoulder 1/2 t- Adobo 1 or 2 envelopes-Sazon 1/2 t-Minced Garlic 1/2 t-Powdered Onion 1/4 t-Pepper 1or 2 T Olive Oil Large plastic turkey bag (Reynolds brand)
Directions: Mix all seasonings in a bowl to create a paste. You can add or subtract ingredients depending on size of Pork. Rub seasoning paste on pork. Place seasoned pork in bag and tie. Place in refrigerator overnight if possible. Cook for approx. 3 hours with skin side up. Once it cooked, rip bag open and slide out leave pork juice in pan, baste and cook for 10 or 15 additional minutes for skin to crisp. Serve with a side of Arroz con Gandules!
